Andrew’s experience spans over  15 years in property finance and development. Before Nivcorp, he worked at ANZ’s commercial property team. Andrew is also a director of Oakridge Property Group and  has developed several notable residential projects in Brisbane. His dual roles at Oakridge and Nivcorp enable him to leverage his market knowledge and network, significantly benefiting Nivcorp’s clients. Andrew’s contributions have been crucial in establishing Nivcorp as a leading name in property finance.

Brad was the Head of the Queensland Commercial Property team for the majority of this time and was instrumental to the divisions growth and success in the market. Brad has a proven track record for fostering relationships with developers and investors across South East Queensland.
